We are seeking a creative and user-centered Product Designer (UI/UX) to join our product team. In this role, you will design intuitive and delightful user experiences that solve real user problems. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define, design, and refine the user interface of our digital products.


Responsibilities

As a Product Designer (UI/UX), you will:

  1. Translate business requirements and user research into detailed wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes.
  2. Conduct user research, usability testing, and user interviews to understand user needs and pain points.
  3. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and execution.
  4. Maintain and contribute to the design system and ensure consistency across all platforms.
  5. Iterate on designs based on feedback and data to improve usability and engagement.

Qualifications

Education

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience

  1. Proven experience as a UI/UX or Product Designer with a portfolio showcasing design work.

Technical Skills

  1. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  2. Understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practices.
  3. Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus.

Soft Skills

  1. Strong visual design sense and attention to detail.
  2. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience with motion design or prototyping tools like Principle or After Effects.
  2. Familiarity with A/B testing and analytics platforms.
  3. Experience designing for mobile (iOS/Android) and web.
