We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Developer (Node.js + API) to build and maintain scalable backend systems and RESTful APIs. You will collaborate with frontend developers and other team members to develop server-side logic and integrate various services.
Responsibilities
As a Backend Developer, you will:
- Design and implement scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js.
- Integrate third-party services and APIs.
- Ensure optimal performance and security of backend systems.
- Collaborate with front-end developers and DevOps teams to deliver full-stack features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
- Proven experience in backend development with Node.js and Express.js.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Node.js and asynchronous programming.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, databases (SQL and NoSQL), and version control (Git).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Docker.
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to performance, scalability, and security.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with GraphQL or gRPC.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks for backend code.
